I had some good news today – my latest order from House of Tea arrived.
This time I opted for two Pu-erhs – 70g of a 2012 Ba Da Sheng, and 70g of a 2003 shou from the legendary Meng Hai factory, as well as a yellow tea, 50g of a Huo Shan Huang Ya.
As with the two previous times I’ve made use of their services, House of Tea were kind enough to include a 3g sample of a 1993 Da Ye Oolong from Taiwan, a perfect amount for steeping in one of my small clay gaiwans.
In fact, it’s more than likely that the Da Ye will be encountering hot water before the day is much older.
Four new teas to drink. It’s going to be a great weekend…
Enjoy your new teas this weekend 😊, Chloe.
