This is the third instalment of the on-going saga of my recent 5 tea mini-haul from Rare Tea Company.

This is the second of my 5 tea mini-haul from Rare Tea Company, that was made up from teas from the Satemwa Estate in Malawi.

After reading Henrietta Lovell’s book “Infused: Adventures In Tea“, which tells the tale of her Rare Tea Company, this tea, a product of the Satemwa estate in Malawi, became a no questions asked must have.

This is the other half of the pair of Oolongs I recently bought over at House of Tea.

In this post I’ll be looking at the first of a pair of Oolongs I recently bought over at House of Tea.

Finding myself with more tea pennies than expected, I went on a mini-spluge on the Monday of the week just gone.

The purchase of this tea, part of my February black tea mini-haul, was inspired by the Panyong Golden Needle that came my way as part of the Lübeck Haul, which made me want to further explore the black (red tea/hong cha) teas that come out of Fuding county of Fujian province.

I ordered this book at the same time as “Tea: A Nerd’s Eye View“, but due to it not being in stock the day all the right buttons were pressed I’ve only just recently got my paws on it.
